Taysha Gene Therapies announces new updates on TSHA-102, its investigational gene therapy for Rett syndrome.
With dosing now complete in the REVEAL pivotal study, Taysha reports additional long-term efficacy data from Part A of its Phase 1/2 adolescent/adult and pediatric trials. Notably, 100% of participants achieve or regain at least one developmental milestone across the core functional domains of fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and communication following treatment with TSHA-102. Additional functional improvements continue to accumulate over time, extending through 12 months and beyond.
TSHA-102 also demonstrates a favorable safety profile to date, with no treatment-related serious adverse events or dose-limiting toxicities reported.
