\u00eatre admissible au Programme ontarien de soutien aux personnes handicap\u00e9es (POSPH).<\/p><p>Le POSPH offre :<\/p><ul><li>une aide financi\u00e8re pour vous aider, vous et votre famille, \u00e0 couvrir les d\u00e9penses essentielles<\/li><li>des prestations pour vous et votre famille, y compris les m\u00e9dicaments sur ordonnance et les soins de la vue<\/li><li>de l&#8217;aide pour trouver et conserver un emploi, et faire progresser votre carri\u00e8re<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Si vous avez besoin d&#8217;une aide financi\u00e8re imm\u00e9diate, veuillez contacter votre <a
